At MICE Daily, we streamline and secure data collection with automated daily retrieval of six key metrics from each venue: number of bookings, number of delegates, room rental revenue, F&B revenue, AV revenue, and other revenue. Based on these four revenue streams, we calculate total revenue, ensuring accuracy and consistency across your metrics.
Data delivery can be set up in one of three ways. While manual daily uploads are allowed only in rare cases, most clients opt for automated options. We can automatically read a CSV file sent to a designated email address or retrieved from an FTP server. Many Sales & Catering systems support scheduled report emails, making integration easy. Alternatively, we can establish an API connection with your Sales & Catering system—our developers are experienced in creating secure API integrations across various platforms. This allows us to pull your data once per day, usually in the early morning, to ensure your metrics are always current.
For added security, all data in our platform is stored in an anonymized database, with any identifiable client information stripped and discarded during import. You can easily check on the platform to confirm the success of each day’s data upload.
