What happens with our data?

Your data is stored in a safe cloud environment (AWS) and only accessible by you.

Who can see our statistics?

Only you can see your own statistics and KPI’s.

Do my competitor see my statistics?

No, you only see your venues statistics and KPI’s. Competitor statistics and KPI’s are an average of multiple (minimal four) our venues. The data is stored in a secure cloud environment on AWS.

How do I know that the statistics of my compset is comparable to my own?

For each individual statistic we created a secure definition what should be included in that specific statistic. If possible we pull the statistics by automation (API or csv) into the platform of MICE Daily to avoid typo’s or data manipulation.

How many competitors can be part of my compset?

Each compset consists of minimal five (including your own venue) and maximal eight venues.

How is a compset determined?

Venues can select their own compset out of the available venues I the platform. The only selection criteria MICE Daily adds is that all competitors should work with the same data models, meaning they have to offer the same range of statistics.

What is the difference between statistics and KPI’s?

Statistics are the data a venue submits to MICE Daily. This are both daily data like revenue and number of delegates in house as well as the onboarding data like total m2, number of meeting rooms etc.
KPI’s are the outcomes of the models used by MICE Daily. This are as well as the per unit numbers, e.g. revenue per delegate or revenue per m2 as well as the ranking and the MSR (Marketshare ratio).
